One report route

All data-protection and security reports use Contact Us with topic Report a data concern. Day-to-day workspace help stays in-product under Support.

Urgent reports (breach or security incident)

For a suspected breach, unauthorised access or security incident: open Contact Us (Report a data concern), start the message with URGENT, and include:

• Organisation name
• What happened
• When you noticed it
• Any reference IDs (payment, ticket, message)

Response expectation: we aim to acknowledge urgent reports on the next business day (East Africa Time).

Ordinary privacy requests

Access, correction or export requests use the same Contact Us form without the urgent marker. Include organisation name and the authorised contact email so we can verify authority.

Safeguards in practice

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of personal data. Some infrastructure, messaging or payment providers may process data outside Kenya under contractual and technical safeguards consistent with applicable law.
